CV3A: South Point A -Spacious two-story 1 bedroom villa!

This two-story villa offers a great room style living space with sleeper sofa, dining area, and full kitchen on the lower level as well as a screened porch, washer/dryer, and full bath with tub and shower. The upper-level bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a half bath. Other features include a sleep sofa in the living area, wireless internet access, and a phone.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Maximum Occupancy 4 Guests, including Children.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with sauna. Outdoor shower.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.

need to be updated to a king size memory foam... queen size mattress was old box springs sagging in the middle needed a better couch in the living area very dated... no remote control for the TV upstairs... TV downstairs was poor old quality needs to be a smart TV so you can stream. apps..local awful terrible

The house was clean and the property was well kept and quiet. A perfect few days for my husband and I to get away. Also, the location in the village could not have been better. Right by the harbor and close to all of the restaurants and shops. We biked everywhere except the beach!

Perfect location, Love Ocracoke!

The villa was good with amenities, great pool area, and excellent location. The kitchen and bath were set up and clean. Carpet in stairwell and bedroom could use attention or just replace. The villas are not "fancy" but neither is Ocracoke. We didn't see any bikes available but there are options to rent or take the free tram/golf cart around. And the internet wifi was not accessible when we were there. We never interacted with the host, but we checked in fine and never needed anything. I think some of the villas are not marked well and so if you arrive at night some guests might have difficulty with finding their place. We would definitely come back.
