This first floor one bedroom, one bath villa offers a large living and dining area and a full kitchen. Easy access to the shared pool and parking area.

Primary bedroom has a King bed, flat screen smart tv and private bathroom with shower. Living area has a queen sleeper sofa.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

No Pets Allowed. No Smoking or Vaping. Maximum Occupancy 4 Guests, including children.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April to mid October. Additional shared amenities include a charcoal grill and pool house with a sauna.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning bench. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with Shell Castle B which offers a King bed, full bath, and would offer a combined total occupancy of 6 people, including children.
