「My wifey & I stayed for the weekend. Security was our main priority when booking this stay. We booked the bigger room option & were pleased when we got to see it in person. It was cute & quaint. Parking was clutch & I couldn’t even get in the parking lot when we first arrived without staff reviewing my reservation. Dallas (one of the people at the front desk) was not helpful as when we got to our room, the shower was moldy and rusty and the room smelled weird. I told Dallas about it and he said all of the rooms are probably like that and I can talk to the housekeeping manager the next morning and show her the shower. 「Easy to find property. Convenient to amazing National WWII museum in New Orleans. Convenient parking. Did not use outdoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Last property remodel was 2016 so anticipate some small cosmetic updates are needed for the property. No GF gluten free bread options at breakfast available during our stay. 」

「Normally, my stay has been pleasant in the past, but this time the room was not as clean due to the carpet needing cleaning. The room and linen was not as fresh as I would have like for it to have been. The entrance and lobby was presentable.」

「The room was not the room I booked. It was supposed to be a queen suite with a pull out sofa bed. It turned out to be a double bed with a couch. The room was dirty and the bathroom had damage to the wall. We cancelled the reservation at the desk. 」

「Do not stay at this property. The front desk staff whom was a man kept announcing everyone’s room number outloud. This is a motel where escorts work and the pictures are deceiving. The breakfast was nonexistent and there were bugs all over the floor in my room. The scariest part of my experience was receiving a conjoined room and waking up at 4 am to sounds of someone trying to enter my room.
