"Great property except they have way to many people parking there for flights out of Jacksonville which cause hotel stayers to park way to the back of the entrance. My suggestion would be those parking for flights must use the vacant parking lot in the rear "

"I had a confirmed reservation, and they gave my room away. I arrived at 11:00 PM at night and had to scramble to find another hotel in a city I've never been in. I will never stay at a Home2 Suite again! "

"The room was very dusty and caused significant sneezing, itchy eyes (we have dust allergies); even the bedding was dusty. The floors were dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom as well as mold on the wall. There were not enough towels and the water did not get hot; housekeeping was not open at the time of our arrival. The staff apologized and were very helpful the next day, but we were tired, frustrated, and ready to go."

"Staff was welcoming to pets but Expedia showed that the charge per pet was $25 and they charged me $50. Bathroom sick's plug wasn't working and upstairs neighbors must have been jumping on their beds. Breakfast is only coffee and breakfast bars. Bed was nice, room was clean, shower was good."

"Only thing I would say is tell them to answer their phone.They told us to call when we got the spot to get our shuttle and then they wouldn't answer the phone for fifteen minutes"

"We were told at check in that the shuttle began running at 4 a.m. However, the next morning when we came down just before 4 to catch the shuttle, we were told it didn't begin until 4:30. We had a 6 a.m. flight so we had to hire an Uber. The room was very clean. My roommate said her bed was very uncomfortable. Mine was fine, however we'd had a super long day with cancelled flights so maybe I was too tired to notice! We left before the breakfast opened."
