Summary:
You'll love staying in our pet-friendly condo on the world famous Oceanside beach. Hear waves crash and take in the lovely Pacific Ocean breeze while sipping margaritas on your private balcony. If you need a break from the beach, you can walk to world class restaurants, craft breweries, and more. Our full renovation was recently completed and is ready to host you for a trip of a lifetime!

The Space:
Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This unit is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the unit, you will need to walk up one flight of stairs.

Guest Access:
Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
Please be sure to read the "Things to Know" section at the bottom of the listing to ensure our property is a good fit for your stay. Please also note you are welcome to bring one (1) dog. The fee is $35/night/pet. Unauthorized pets will be a $500 fine. Also, keep in mind that the parking area is pretty tight. A large truck won’t fit, so if you do have a large truck, you’ll need to park on the street above (Pacific St). A minivan (since it can make tighter turns) should fit as well sedans and smaller trucks.

Perfect couples retreat

Had an amazing stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, truly felt like home. The location was perfect — we were able to walk everywhere. Parking was a bit tight, but it wasn’t an issue since we walked most places. The view of the beach was beautiful, and the area was wonderfully quiet. Highly recommend!

A great condo and a great location! Steps to the beach, open the sliding door and listen to the waves. We had a very relaxing stay. If you’re there on a Thursday be sure to check out the market in downtown, lots of great food! Oceanside has it all and this condo is close to everything.

Edge of the Pacific

Comfortable accommodations in a great local. Taste and smell the ocean from the balcony. Nice surf break for recreation. Waking distance to good food and drinks- Active Boardwalk.

Right on the water and boardwalk, super nice.

Way better than a hotel. Plenty of room inside to relax with the ocean breeze coming in, but also has a covered balcony outside. The boardwalk and beach are right by you. Pier and bike rentals within walking distance. Awesome find!

Great place for a beach getaway

Great 2 day getaway

Well located, clean, ocean view place with parking. Didn’t need to use our car all weekend as we were walking distance from beach, restaurants, movie theater, surf museum, marina and live music. Host was very responsive and check in process was seamless. Thank you!

Perfect beach stay

This rental was the perfect location for all the things to do in Oceanside. Easy walking distance of downtown. The parking spot was a huge plus. It is quite literally steps from the beach. The interior was very clean, bed were comfy, and the neighborhood was as quiet as a beach neighborhood in summer can be. Plenty of police patrolling the area which made us feel very safe. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Amazing location!

Beautiful location and spotless place! We loved our stay here! The parking is really right so only medium- smaller vehicles can fit. The only negative is the curtains let in a lot of light in the morning and the walls are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbours next door and above you. Otherwise it’s an excellent spot to people watch, enjoy the sunset and even swim from!

Perfect Location

I would highly recommend this property. It is right on the ocean within walking distance of everything you need. The unit was clean and tidy and had all the amenities as advertised. The parking space was tight so if you have anything bigger than a car it might be a bit of a struggle.

If you are wanting to take advantage of beach strolls with ease of access, hear the sound of the waves and a cozy place to chill after exploring, then this spot is perfect. The place was great for our needs of wanting to cook breakfast, get a brisk walk in the mornings, and walk to great restaurants at night. If you are sensitive to sound, bring some ear plugs… the walls are thin and the Strand is lovely with cars and motorcycles and music at times.

Great location

Location is ideal. Enjoyed our stay due to the location. Would stay again, except for the parking. Others mentioned the parking, but it's worth emphasizing as it was very challenging. Do not bring a car larger than a compact car, unless you're open to finding other, offsite parking during your stay. Very difficult to fit our mid-size (not large) rental car in the designated spot, which was stressful. Otherwise, nice property, good host communication, and nice stay.

Small but mighty

This place is no frills but a fun little place for surfer and strand watching. I called it shabby chic. Clean and comfy. The lot next door is abandoned and kind of mess, so don’t look there. Just sit on the small balcony and drink in the sights and sounds. Close to restaurants and beach, so good location too.

Water view for the wife!

This property was perfect. A patio with beach view and entertainment of all the walkers and cars. Could have stayed forever. Nicely redone and comfy, all the necessities of home. Take a small car to park is our only suggestion. Nicely done Nick and Amy. We will be back. Dede and Bryan

Much needed relaxation and peace.

Property was exactly as listed. We got in to town earlier than check in and Nick was very accommodating with an early check in. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. I do think when we return I’d like to stay up one level higher to be able to have an unrestricted view but I also would stay in unit C again. No complaints! Enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by throughout every day of our stay. Highly recommend getting up early and catching the sunrise!

Great vacation rental for 2

Good layout, smartly furnished, excellent kitchen appliances. Clean and bright. Good lighting. Windows that open. Ample towels and bedding. Great location on beach and close proximity to cafes, bars and restaurants, provided you don’t mind climbing stairs from beach to top of bluff. Challenging (narrow) parking space and alley. Not a fan of Roku TV. Great apartment for 2 adults; not sure about 4. Looking forward to a return.

The place could not be any closer to the beach and you have reserved parking available where you can see your car from the property, which is pretty cool. The host replied to all our texts immediately. We really enjoyed the stay, thank you!

Great stay next to the beach
