Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from every room in this deluxe condo. Our condo is remodeled with luxury granite counters, new furnishings, and 3 flat screens televisions and Wi-Fi. The quiet corner location of this Condominium gives it a very light and open feeling. The ultimate place to relax and enjoy sunsets, sailboats, and dolphins at play.
Our condo is located in North Coast Village, a condo complex that is built along a beautiful sandy beach that has great surfing, swimming, volleyball and even fire pits for barbequing. Inside North Coast Village you can enjoy lush tropical landscaping with wandering streams, waterfalls and ponds filled with Japanese koi. There are two pools, two Jacuzzis, and exercise room, saunas, recreation room with pool tables and ping pong tables, and a putting green. The complex is gated and has 24-hour security. It is only a ten-minute walk to the beautiful harbor with many fine restaurants and unique shops. From here you can rent boats or take a fishing charter. It is only a 15 minute walk to a great pier and downtown area with more restaurants and a 16-screen movie theatre. It is a great southern calif. location between LA and San Diego.
Upon arrival you will receive a gift basket of snacks to enjoy.

Area and room outdated. Too far from beach. Beach area too rocky. Pool and spa old. Will not stay in this area again. Prefer buildings E F or G. They are closer to harbor we enjoy walking to in AM for morning walk and our morning coffee. The views better and beach nicer. Next year will go back to that side. Much nicer. But all and all with our granddaughters we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing!

We had a great time staying at Diane's condo. Check-in was easy and the condo was spotless. Great views of the ocean & the pier. Slept with the windows open and could hear the waves crash all night! Well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds....Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Great place for family vacation

This condo and it's amenities were perfect for our 4 night family trip to Oceanside. We traveled with grandma, a 12 year old and our college kid. The pool and hot tub are very close and convenient, as are the laundry room and ping pong table. There are stairs everywhere, but the elevator makes it possible to not have to climb any of them if necessary. The kitchen was well equipped for our use. We eat breakfast and lunch at the condo and then eat out for dinner. The assigned parking space is a bonus. Our large suv fit fine. The beds are comfortable and having the beach across the street was our main goal and why we love North Coast Village. Unit A101 is definitely on our favorites list.

Great View

I have stayed in this complex 4 other times. This unit was one story with a view of the ocean for everyone to see from the livingroom rather than the upstairs deck which was nice. It was well stocked on towels, toilet, sheets, kitchen, including shampoo and conditioner. It was advertised as newly renovated and while there were some new aspects it wasn’t what I would call "renovated". The beds were new and very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our visit. The owner was very communicative and checked in to make sure we were comfortable.

Great beach stay!

Beautiful and close to beach. We walked to beach many times and enjoyed. Pool and hot tub right near our condo were great. The guys rated the gym very good. The paths thruout the property were lush. Directions a bit difficult for me going from one unit to another in another bldg but the young kidos had no trouble at all. We truly enjoyed!

Bed and Breeders Cup

Property grounds were lovely and location is a short walk to beach, restaurants and downtown. Apartment building is safe and secure with nice amenities like heated pool, jacuzzi and shared bbq. Diane our host was responsive and the apartment was quite comfortable. The welcome basket of snacks was a nice touch! View of the ocean and sunsets from back deck was spectacular! The only concern was that the bed in the second bedroom was not queen size as indicated in ad, rather a double. Beds and rooms were quite comfortable and apartment was nicely decorated and well stocked. We would certainly stay again.

Oceanside by the strand

The stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend someone to stay here. Waking up to an early morning walk with my daughter and wife on the strand every morning was amazing. Being able to utilize the pool and bbq area was a bonus. Being 1 min away from the beach was wonderful. Being a local I am very familiar with the area and this is a prime location to stay at. I enjoyed every minute of the vacation even though it was a week long. If you do end up staying here don’t forget to write in the memory book and share your experience.

Family ocean vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Diane and George’s property. The condo was as advertised (honestly even better!)… great amenities, beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds. The hosts were very responsive and checked in to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. The proximity to the ocean and pools was amazing! Great location and can’t wait to return.

Such Wonderful Hosts

Diane was a wonderful host— we were in particular impressed with her welcome basket, our grandchildren loved being able to feed the fish with the Koi food she left. Early one morning our son took his four-year-old over to play mini golf in the complex with the provided equipment.

Good Location

Ocean and pier views are nice from both balconies. Right above the pool and spa, so a bit noisy but if you are with family no big deal. Location is great and you can walk everywhere. The grounds are nice. The unit itself has some wear and tear but given the location it gets a lot of use probably. Overall a good place if your plan is to hang out at the beach, pool, etc.
