Very dirty and the sheets had bed bugs . Outside , parking lot full of trash . Homeless people lurking around . Room had strong odors of humidity . I didn’t felt safe at all .

The hotel is pretty run down. It serves its purpose as a place to sleep however the amenities are lacking. The house keepers do a good job however it doesn’t change the fact that the rooms are subpar at best. No drain plug to take a bath, the overflow holes are taped over. Toilet paper feels like sandpaper. The balcony overlooking the pool is a nice touch for what the place is. I did love that it’s a quick walk to the beaches. Upon arrival we were given a room, got to the room and opened the door only to find it was already occupied. We went down to the office and waited about 10-15 minutes for the guy to even come back out and address the issue. Next time I’m going to spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

If you have any intention of hanging around your hotel at all, or staying for more than a few nights I would not recommend staying here. The area around the hotel smells like an outhouse and the smell persisted for the 3 days we were here. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The sheets had what looked like urine stains and cigarette burns. Luckily we had brought our own bedding. The AC worked well and the bed was decently comfortable. Our shower and appliances worked fine, but we were told by other guests that we got lucky in that department. Overall just not a place I would choose to stay ever again. Its cheaper than most places, but still not worth what you'll pay for it. Pay the extra 100 to stay somewhere that isn't so gross.

Pet friendly, near the pier. First glance upon arriving, it took a minute to realize that it WASN'T boarded up as the building adj was. Rooms weren't on lower level or together as requested. I'm disabled and so is my senior dog. The property was dingy. Pet friendly but no place to take dogs to potty.The rooms were pretty clean and the patio was 👍. My AC didn't work so the first night was miserable. Moved to another room second night AC worked, no fridge in room AND I was moved far away from my family member and up ANOTHER STORY No elevator just stairs. 🙄 And my room door wouldn't open. I had to go to the office and call. It was a hassle. We were trying to stay close to the Oside Pier w/out paying $500 a night. Not a lot of positives but for a room for the night to sleep and shower, it works.

Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Although the outside of the property looked a bit run down I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of the rooms were very well kept.

Its a dump but as long as you set the bar low

An absolute dump, the guy first didnt want to check me in with a prepaid room until i told hotels.com i needed a refund because he wouldnt check me in, the manager decided to let me check in and fix their accounting later. The room was very dirty. I had a good spot to park and room access was decent was the only good thing, walking distance to burger joints and starbucks, thats the only thing going for this dump

it was honestly pretty good for its price, it's a motel 6 not a Hilton. rooms were nicely air conditioned and the staff was very polite and nice. honestly i would stay here again. the only negative thing was that the pool was a bit dirty besides that, it's decent for a motel 6.

Pretty dirty. Not sure when the last time the floor had been cleaned walking around made my feet black. I saw other reviews about cigarette burns, my comforter did have burns as well as the table in the room. The shower head had a leak off to the side that was spraying out of the side of the shower. I tried to hhave the shower curtain block it but didn’t help. The whole bathroom floor was filled with water when anyone took a shower. Area seemed safe and really close to the beach.

Really loved the ability to bring my dogs along on our family trip. Perfect place to stay with dogs. Unfortunately the floor of our room was not clean. Sheets and towels where clean and bed are decent. Staff was wonderful and very helpful as well. Very convenient and walking distance to the beach was great for us. I'd stay again as the dirty floor was not that big of a deal with dogs anyway.

The grounds and room were just ok. I bet in its prime this hotel was great. It used to be a Motel 6 cause they still have the signs in the rooms. It’s a cute little space and would be very nice if better maintained. The room itself smelled musty and like weed. We had to open the doors and windows to let it air out. The room had clearly been cleaned but also had areas that are obviously neglected between guests. It could use a “deep cleaning”. The toilet did not work. I took the lid off to find the handle was not attached. During our stay we had to keep the lid off so we could reach back for the button to flush it. The worst part about this hotel was actually the residents. The place was unfortunately filled with what seemed to be people who live there. Groups and individuals loitering in the parking lot all night, yelling at each other across the grounds, roaming all over all night, and going into various rooms. Car alarms were going off all night. I was fearful for my car so parked it near my window and checked it often, getting very little sleep that night. I only planned to sleep there with my family before a trip to Legoland the next day, so I opted for something inexpensive. I should have shopped around a little more, cause I got what I paid for. Disappointing.
