Pacific Villa #1 | Relaxing Oceanfront Patio Views

Built in the 1940s, this remodeled property combines original detailing such as the gorgeous stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling with modern furnishings and an open layout. Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze and stunning views any time of day.

Pacific Villas: Unit 1 is located in the 2-story ocean front west building on the 2nd floor. The unit is ocean facing with a spectacular view and is nestled in a small, 6-unit vacation rental complex on the Oceanside Strand.

Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM.
Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM.

Property Details:
- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events.
- Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property.

Terms & Conditions:
PAYMENTS
- Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
- If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
- Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
- Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property

CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.

We loved staying here! The location was fabulous for ocean gazing, walking, and watching the action on The Strand. The property was cozy and convenient for a wedding we were attending. We enjoyed staying here so much that we will consider returning to vacation in the future.

The place was very nice, clean, nicely decorated. All the appliances worked. Easy access to the pier, downtown, restaurants, etc. Perfect for a couples getaway. Lauren was a great host and immediately responded to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We had an amazing stay! Our unit was very clean and well appointed. The ocean view and sound of the waves crashing was so peaceful and calming. It does get a little chilly in the evening and morning so bring warm socks and a few layers. The afternoon and sunsets are perfect!!

Perfect private getaway on the beach!!!

We loved our stay in this cute little oceanfront property for our first wedding anniversary. It was private and quiet with only the ocean waves audible throughout the day and night. The location was great with several walkable shops and restaurants. The host was wonderful! Welcoming and accommodating, and texted helpful little tips of restaurants or events to try throughout our stay. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends!

The apartment is just a few yards away from the surf and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and activities. Lauren, the property manager, was very quick to respond to requests and providing information on restaurants, golf, and shopping. The apartment is small but it is quite sufficient. The balcony overlooks the surf.

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and bright. We slept soundly every night in the comfy bed, listening to the waves crash right outside. We enjoyed our coffee on the front porch watching the dolphins swim by. We took long walks down the beach and out on the pier. We surfed right out front! The place had everything we needed.

Heaven on Earth

We parked our car and never touched it again until we left. Even tho the host made wonderful suggestions for local restaurants, we loved the place so much we rarely left. Private but right in the middle of everything. The ocean was so soothing and beautiful we never tuned on the TV. I can’t say enough great things about this gem!

Great place. Grocery store a short drive away (Walmart & Stater Bros). Very clean. VERY quick communication with property manager. Sharing the patio with the other property was not an issue as there is a divider. I’ve already recommended this property to friends.

Best Vacation Rental w/privacy!

You can walk anywhere you need to go! The condo is small , extremely clean , newly remodeled and has lots extra conveniences but who’s inside?! The office mgr was so sweet, accessible and helpful with info. I can’t wait to go back! We’ve stayed downtown San Diego at Hilton, we stayed in DelMar, Carmel and Monteray. I will try to come back here and can’t wait!! Best kept secret!! Extra Great Deal !!

Business/Pleasure trip was fantastic!!!!!!!

Lauren was an awesome host and made sure we were completely satisfied with our room and stay. There was a tv show shooting down the street about 5 units down so it was chaos to were we couldn't get to our unit for an hour but that's expected when you come to California!!!!!!! we will definitely be back !!!!!!! Thanks to lauren and staff we were able to enjoy our relaxing stay in oceanside!!!!!

Wonderful beach house

Great location. Close to the pier and Ruby's Diner. Just remodeled this year. Did a great job-cute decor. Have everything you need. Did have coffee, filters, sugar and creamer. Perfect for a couple for a beach getaway. Right on The Strand with windows and balcony looking right at the ocean. Fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing surf. Lauren was wonderful-came and introduced herself. Checked in with us after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The IDEAL beach get-away!

This property is amazing! It is not hard to see why they get such great ratings. I stayed in unit #1. The unit was extremely clean and felt like it was brand new. The views, sounds and smell of the ocean were fantastic! Every morning I’d eat breakfast looking out the kitchen window while watching surfers and dolphins. Lauren is FANTASTIC to work with and is very easy to contact. She keeps in touch throughout your stay and sends VERY helpful texts full of great information about Oceanside. I truly felt at home at this exceptional property. I cannot wait to book my next trip here.

AMAZING!

So quaint, so clean, SO close to the water!! Even though it was coooold outside (mid-November, to be expected!) we were able to sit in the coziness of the living room and listen to the sounds of the ocean and watch the waves lap over the rocks mere feet away. I was so sad to only spend one night at this Villa but we will definitely be back! The property manager is so kind and very easy to work with and super fast communication. Definite 11/10. Thanks for making my 50th birthday one to remember!! :)
