No need to drive anywhere, walk to all local restaurants, coffee shops, yoga, rock climbing gyms, breweries... This amazing home sits above Tyson park on Pacific Street, perfect to walk to the beach or the pier and enjoy some of the best weather that is year round not to hot and not to cold. We manage two condos in a six unit complex, If you are planning a larger family vacation,- rent two of these beautiful homes, can accommodate larger groups up to 14 people. One condo has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and one condo has 2 bedrooms, plus den room and 2 bathrooms. All units has private balcony with panoramic ocean views. We have ocean breezes, central air and heat in all of our properties. This space is located on the East side of Pacific Street close to the Oceanside Pier! You must be able to climb stairs. This property is on the second floor. There is a public beach park across the street which cannot be built upon.
The Condo has 2 bedrooms plus DEN/office with built in desk. Queen beds in Master and guest bedroom. The DEN room has a twin and single size sleeper sofa

Other Things to Note: NO Fireplace, non operational and for decoration only. No Smoking, No Parties or Events, Complex does not have an elevator, you must take stairs up to the condo entrance, and stairs down into the garage, this is a top floor unit.

Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. 2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children). 3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm. 4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am. Revised 01/16/20
