CHARMING BEACH COTTAGE FULLY REMODELED

Fully remodeled house within walking distance to the beach and pier (about a 7 min. walk). One of the amenities you will love about this house is that you have restaurants, bars and shops as close as only two short blocks away. Great for a family get away!
Staying in this house means no shared areas with other people. Sit and relax by the fire pit in the private patio. Fully stocked kitchen and BBQ in the patio for family meals preparation.
Whether you are driving or decide to hop on the train (located only three blocks away, and entrance to the freeway .5 miles away), you will find that the house sits in a great central location to enjoy all the attractions in Southern California.
Minimum age of renter must be 25 and no pets allowed.

Very nice

House is clean and tidy-very much like photos. Furniture is nice; not run down. Great location to walk to local restaurants/pubs. Master bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom; I thought it did but I may have got that wrong from the description.

Just book it!

We stayed here over spring break with our two boys. We loved the house, it was completely as pictured well stocked comfy beds and the back yard was great for the kiddos! The location was amazing nice walk through down town to the beach tons of coffee shops and restaurants we would stay again! Lorena was wonderful and gave us restaurant recommendations!

Clean, Close to Everything, Great House

This house had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. There was beach equipment which made our trips to the beach enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, all needed equipment for prep, etc. The appliances were also top notch. The bedding and towels were good quality which makes a difference in comfort. We were able to grill and dine outside as well. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental and if we head to Oceanside again, would rent this house.

Nice home in great location. Close to beaches, restaurants. Family enjoyed the outside space with the fire pit. Contact with the owner was easy and she responded in a timely manner. I would recommend staying here if you travel to Oceanside.

Everything was perfect. We walked everywhere, the house had everything we needed, it was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Lorena was responsive and very friendly, helpful and flexible. By the end of our month long stay, we felt like we were home. We had a great time in Oceanside. Lots to do - eat, drink and be merry! Can’t wait until next time!!

Excellent beach access

We stayed at this property for four nights with four kids for a beach weekend and would highly recommend this house. There was plenty of room, the kitchen is well upgraded and the garage included all of the necessary beach supplies. With the bbq grill and propane fireplace the evenings we comfortable in the back yard and the location provided easy access to the beach. Will will certainly visit this property again on our next trip to Oceanside.

Awesome stay!

The place had all amenities needed and Lorena was a great host! Location was in the heart of food and stores! Definitely would recommend for families or couples!
