The neighborhood is one of the most walkable areas in Oceanside. You can stroll to the Oceanside Pier, Harbor Village, The Strand, restaurants, coffee shops, and the Sunset Market — all within minutes. Guests love that they can park once and walk everywhere during their stay.

🚲 Biking:
Oceanside is a bike-friendly beach town. Rent a beach cruiser nearby and explore the coastal bike trail that connects Oceanside to Carlsbad and beyond.

🚉 Public Transit:
If you want to venture further, the Oceanside Transit Center (just a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk) connects you to San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles via the Coaster and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner trains.

You’ll have secure, assigned parking inside our gated community, along with guest parking spaces available on a first-come basis. There’s also additional public parking nearby if you have more than one vehicle. Street parking around North Pacific Street is free, but can fill up on weekends.

❗ Good to Know

🌬 No A/C – The condo does not have air conditioning. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans, and thanks to the close proximity to the ocean, you’ll enjoy refreshing sea breezes throughout your stay.

🚫🐾 No Pets – The resort complex does not allow pets.
