Welcome to your Oceanside beachfront oasis, where luxury meets the ocean's edge. This stunning 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is designed for the ultimate coastal getaway.

Step inside to discover a spacious, open-concept living area with a modern kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for your culinary adventures. The living room features a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The master suite, "Seashore," boasts a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The "Sea Star" and "Sand Harbor" bedrooms offer similar luxury, with one featuring a queen sleeper sofa and king bed, and a private deck. The "Boardwalk" bedroom has a queen bed and its own full bathroom.

Enjoy the convenience of a private spa, outdoor grill, and fire pit on the deck. The property also includes a private beach area, beach towels, and a BBQ grill for your convenience.

Please note that there is private beach access directly in front of this home. All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

It was a beautiful property, well maintained and a great location. It met our needs perfectly and would love to come again. Every year we rent a property for father's day and get family and chilgren together to celebrate and create memories, and this property did just that. Loved everything from the amenities to the rental procedure.

Great Stay

The home and location were great for our family gathering. The tides were not low enough to allow a beach walk during our stay, but the private, man-made beach above the breakwall was perfect. We had a 2 year-old grandchild that loved it. The hot tub felt great as the weather was cool. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great Family Vacation

Spent four nights with the family and we all had a great time. The property was beautiful with spectacular views of the ocean. The huge private beach was amazing. My kids played volleyball and there was still plenty of room for the grandkids to play at the same time. Everybody was sad to leave but we will be back again for sure.

We all had a great time, 11 girls stayed in the house. There were issues but all of them were taken care of as best they could. We all said we would stay at this property again. The view from all over the house is just amazing.

Family Vacation

We loved our mini vacation, at this property. The views are wonderful. The home is very comfortable, and included all the amenities one could ask for. The large fire pit was not working, and they made sure they had a replacement there for our stay. Check in and check out was simple. The property could use a good cleaning. The beds were very clean. The walls, doors, baseboards, and windows were pretty dirty.

Amazing beach house!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. The entire house was spotless. All bedrooms were well appointed. The patio views are breathtaking. We had a little trouble figuring out the remote with the television and the fire pit. We called the property managers to inquire and the lady was unable to answer our questions. We left our phone number, but did not hear back at all. Not a big problem, though. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation.

Beautiful house, great location, poor amenities.

They really cheap out everywhere possible on the most basic stuff. Everything is really stingy. Mattresses are uncomfortable, sheets are scratchy, towels are tiny and rough. Even paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues were absolute bottom of the barrel.

We had 4 couples in our group all were very comfortable and lots of spacious areas for everyone to relax or have privacy. The view was spectacular. Location was very convenient and private. We had kids in our group, the home had lots of space for them to play and the private beach was so nice to have for everyone. Also beachfront Properties was so effortless to work with. I will rent from the company again. I highly recommend this property.

The only down sides were that the hot tub was not very clean and that the heat did not seem adequate for the size of the property. We used the fireplace quite a bit to get the place warmed up in the mornings. While not really an issue for us, because it was winter, the beach is very narrow (non-existent at high tide) so opportunities for walking along it were very limited. But the neighborhood is great for walking and bike riding, and the location is very convenient to restaurants. We had a great stay.

We had a jackhammer going at 7am right outside the bedroom and it kept going until 1pm. We notified the management company and they said they would send someone to talk to the construction crew but we never heard back from them on the outcome or if they even sent someone. There was throw up all under the toilet bowl clearly wasn’t cleaned between guests. Everything else was spotless. All in all it was an amazing trip and amazing house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a long weekend with our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary. We were 13 all together. We were very comfortable, the bedrooms with larger beds and bathrooms were very comfortable. The room for kids slept 3, as we didn't trust the wobbly bunk beds with our young children or teenagers. But there was ample bedding for the couches. A few kids oriented activities for the house and for the beach, would have been appreciated for those visitors who come by plane. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed the views of the ocean...even on a rainy day. Management was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Fun trip to Oceanside!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Oceanside and enjoyed staying right at the beach!We had a few small hiccups with the property, i.e., fire pit was not working, garage door code didn't work and the overall condition of the dwelling needed a little TLC (screens torn ect.). Even with these small issues we would still highly recommend this property.We especially loved watching the ocean in the evening with the flood lights on!There's a park a few blocks away where the dogs loved to run and a bike path adjacent to the park which goes on for miles and miles.Be sure to check out the Pizza and Pub within walking distance called "Best Pizza & Brew Oceanside" and the wonderful Mexican restaurant called "Anita's Mexican Restaurant & Cantina". Both are located on S. Coast Highway and the food is excellent at both restaurants.

nice but commercialized and run down!

They charge lot for what's around there and it's farmed out to a management company that runs it like a hotel and no customer service. Things that were not used were dirty and dusty, shower water runs all over the floor. Nothing really worked, blinds have to be held closed with something wedged, outlets were hit a miss. The fridge ice does not work and even the door hast to be held shut with a chair.... To say the least other than the killer location and nice main floor I would not advise for the rate they are charging for it to be so run down.
