Lovely house, great location, we very much enjoyed it. 2 areas for improvement: not nearly enough towels for your capacity, and the cushions on the deck are all in shreds. The location is great for our holiday time with family nearby and a few doors from beach access, which we loved. Thanks

Tv not working all weekend, nobody came to help

We came to celebrate husbands bday weekend. Friends and family were excited. We were expecting to see the Saturday night UFC fight as everyone is a ufc fanatic but the tv was broken and i texted the owner multiple times but she said her “housekeeper” was NOT available to help or someone go fix the tv screen. We had to leave a day early becauSe of that issue. This is not acceptable! The master restroom was also not clean and there was hair in the shower. Totally not recommended! I texted the owner and all she said was : “its a very unexpected issue for sure, sorry celebration didn’t happen”…. Like come on now. Not cool at all.

The overall stay was nice. The only issue was construction crews outside bedroom were loud until 10:30 pm, kept waking us all up.

Outdated but still good

Easy check in and out, great location, walking distance to the beach and sand dunes. Kind of an older house, old broken down patio chairs and screen doors. But luckily we are pretty minimal in our needs so we still had a good time.

Not what we expected

Pictures in listing are old (one shows partial ocean view, but now a house blocks that view). Location is great, except for a few run down houses on the street, the house needs some minor work (sliding door has moisture trapped in it and is hard to see out of, decking falling apart). Master bedroom and kitchen are upstairs on a separate floor from all of the other bedrooms which might be hard for families with small children. Beds could use new mattresses. Wonderfully stocked kitchen.

Great Location!

Other than a little glitch getting our code to enter the property (fixed within 30 min) we had a wonderful stay at this home! Very comfortable for a multi-generational family get away!

Escaping the heat

The property was perfect for our little family getaway. The house was cleaned, spacious and just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately the only downside was you have a “nosy Karen” right next to you on the right. Right when we pulled up on our first day she was outside brushing the sand off her driveway. She kept staring at our car thinking we track all that sand to her driveway. Mind you her house is literally across from the sandy beach. When we were on the patio she kept opening her blinds and look to see what we were doing. Then when we took our kids to see the beach at night she came out and threatened us that she was going to call the property manager and ask why we’re going to the beach and also pretty much accuse us of potentially stealing her stuff. I let our host Maria know what was going on and thankfully she was very understanding of the situation. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and if it wasn’t for the “Karen”. We would love to rent this place again.

Great property in a great location

Property was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals. Two simple suggestions that I would’ve loved to have are hangers in each closet (there was one hanger in the whole house) and board games, cards and puzzles for guests to enjoy during rainy days or evenings at home. There were no games or cards etc . . .We own a vacation rental as well and stock ours with lots of board games, books and puzzles (and hangers😊).

Super nice

Very Nice property and Walking distance to beach and dunes. Beds just need to be upgraded. Spring beds we’re a bit tough to sleep on. Everything else was amazing.

Perfect for large families

We all were very impressed with the house. Lots of space and seating for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate large meal preparation. Beach is literally across the street!
