"Stayed for one night only. Really nice view of the Circular Quay area and our room was towards both Harbour Bridge as well as the Sydney Opera house. Excellent room always high quality at Shangri-La however some signs of wear and tear on furniture and fixtures but understandable "
"Unfortunately we had to depart 2 days into a 5 day planned staycation as my 92 year-old mum became quite ill. At her age we needed to get her home quickly. Despite the fact that this was beyond our control, the Cordis Hotel refused our request for a refund for the remaining days, meaning we were out $1200. My poor mum was so upset. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again in future. I prefer properties where they care more about the well-being of guests versus money."
"The room was very nice but not quite like the pictures. The area was phenomenal and the staff were great too!! The train is extremely close like less than 5 minutes walking distance, which is super convenient!! "
