「We arrived and were personally greeted by Steve. I’ve been too many accommodations in my life and I have never had a host like Steve. He was absolutely superb. We originally planned to stay for two nights and because of the.Bonhomie of the place we stayed a total of six days and five nights. We would have stayed all the way to the end of our trip. This was an unexpected find and you have a really open mind. I highly recommended to book this place. Just remember, it’s not the faint heart. 」

「Such a lovely and secluded little granny flat on property with great and easy access to lake front track and beach just around the corner! Lovely quiet and sheltered spot while being right in the heart of the town and easy to walk anywhere needed with shops right nearby! Clean and tidy space, could easily stay for longer! 」

「The room was spotless however a couple od saucepans wouldn't gone astray, very hard to cook for 6 with jist 1 med saucepan and frypay but otherwise fantastic」

「Super well stocked off grid cabin, overlooking a valley. Hammocks and bbq on deck with lots of cooking supplies. Cabin is beautifully decorated with books and games. Trails down to the river and a beautiful look out spot! Sunset - gorgeous! Really loved it! Host warm and friendly and has a home close by. One of my favorite stays on the South Island! 」
