Welcome to your next beach retreat in the desirable Ocean View Beach Club community! This spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is tucked away in a quiet section of the neighborhood, offering both privacy and convenience just minutes from the sand and surf. This neighborhood is within a bike ride or short drive to downtown Bethany Beach, great restaurants, and shopping. This resort community offers an incredible outdoor pool, clubhouse, workout facility, and multi-sport court. There are plenty of weekly activities and amenities to keep your entire group entertained.

The first-floor features two bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed and luxurious ensuite bath. A second bedroom with two twin beds is perfect for extra guests. You'll also find a cozy den/office space, a welcoming living room, and a dining area perfect for gathering around meals. Step outside to a peaceful open porch and enjoy a backyard that backs to tranquil woods—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Upstairs, a loft area with additional lounging space, a daybed with trundle, plus a third bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared full bath.

Whether you're here for a vacation, a getaway with friends, or a restful work-from-the-beach escape, this home has everything you need to unwind in comfort and style.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel sets per guest.

Check in was super easy. Management company was awesome from the start. The house was super clean and very well stocked. Had everything we needed and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived! Great location as well.
