Owner's bedroom suites with king-size beds and private baths are located on both the 1st and 2nd floors. 2 additional guest bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath are located on the entry level. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen-size bed and daybed and another with 2 twin beds. The upstairs bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Large and spacious living rooms with large flat-screen, HD smart TVs on both floors. The second-floor living room may also be a seventh bedroom that comes with 2 pyramid bunks, full on bottom and twin on top, a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, sink, and a full bathroom. Main level kitchen with stainless steel appliances in an open-concept kitchen and living room. Ample counter space, a large center island with breakfast bar and dining table. 2 additional dining areas available on the main level. Garage includes a ping pong table and plenty of space to store your beach supplies, bike, etc.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, shopping and great local restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available). To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests may enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, ping pong, a well-appointed fitness center, and beach shuttle. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds.
