The Village at Bear Trap Dunes is an exciting golf course community that offers guests access to an array of resort amenities including the Village Pavilion (with indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, a hard-surface tennis court, and a multi-sport court), an additional outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle, and a clubhouse with a restaurant. This peaceful community also surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club and is located about four miles from beautiful Bethany Beach. Inside this sunny and spacious, ground-floor condo, you'll find a deluxe, stainless steel kitchen for preparing your favorite recipes, a cozy breakfast nook for casual meals, a more formal dining table for six, and a warm and inviting living area with a gas fireplace, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. This vacation rental also features a covered back patio with a table and chairs for al fresco dining within view of the adjacent pond.

* The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.)
** Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
