「No Air Conditioning upon arrival, Property Manger called Technician 18 hours after I reported problem soon after arrival. Condo appearance was excellent but strong smell of Moth Balls at entry, and throughout unit. Had to checkout out after failed attempt at repair.」

「Came with one of my sons for his Spring Break for some one on one time. Nice and spacious. Clean and had all the cooking amenities needed to prepare meals in. We love staying at Bear Traps but we usually bring our dogs and have the rest of our family so we stay in a detached house. Great location at the end of October Glory - no one traffic coot those staying back there. Loved the porch looking over the water. 」

「Bathrooms need to be updated. The upstairs bathroom shower had an awful leak that drenched anything left on flood. No backyard for outside sitting. Nice house, A/C works great, great location, host super attentive and answered any question immediately throughout our stay.」

「The 4 rooms with attached full bathrooms were great for our 4 families of friends. Quick drive to Bethany Beach so we didn’t waste any time getting to our day’s activities. The kitchen was also well stocked for our home cooked meals and BBQ on one night. The garage is also pretty fun. The living and dining area was a bit too small for our entire group of 8 adults though.」
