Shadowlawn is a meticulously maintained four-bedroom property located in the golf cart district that can sleep up to ten people near historic downtown Ocean Springs and the beautiful beaches of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Shadowlawn provides all the comforts you need. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family lounging around your own private in-the-ground pool!

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean space with all the conveniences of home. Shadowlawn features a large open kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, double oven, island stove, and dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your own meals on days you would rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots. Up to eight can be seated at the large dining table, with additional seating at the nearby kitchen island.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large 65" flat-screen Smart TV and fireplace. There is an additional living room in the front of the house that has a 65" flat-screen Smart TV as well.

In the Primary Bedroom with 43" Smart TV, you will find a King bed and a private bathroom featuring a large glass walk-in shower. There is also an attached additional sleeping space with bunk beds (full and twin mattresses).

There are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and the other with bunk beds (full and twin mattresses). There are 32" Smart TVs in two of the rooms.

The property is equipped with AT&T Fiber high-speed wireless Internet, and out back in the fully fenced-in yard, you will find a large in-the-ground pool (not heated), and propane grill. There is also a large screen-in patio overlooking the pool with seating and a 32" TV.

While at the Shadowlawn you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself near the historic downtown Ocean Springs and Entertainment District. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

***Please be aware before booking that ten people is the most that can be on the property at any one time. A waiver will need to be electronically signed for all people on the property before check-in instructions are given. Shadowlawn is not meant for social gatherings or parties of any type. The guest limit will be strictly enforced and reservations will be canceled if not adhering to the House Rules***

***An electronic liability waiver will need to be filled out with the names of all guests before your access code is given for check-in***

***We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***
