    This home sits half a mile from public beach access on 280th Street and three-quarters of a mile from Pacific Pines, a 10-acre expanse that's ideal for birding, fishing, shellfish hunting, and watching the sunset. Leadbetter Point State Park is to the north while Cape Disappointment, Long Beach, and Ilwaco are south, with scenic stretches of ocean coast along the way.



    After a day spent beachcombing or golfing, you'll be greeted back at home by a grassy yard, a covered patio with a gas grill, and an outdoor firepit where you can gather for tales of the day's adventures. The interior is open and sunny, beginning with a living room that features a gas fireplace and a cable TV with streaming capability. The living room opens to an airy kitchen, a breakfast bar, and an eat-in dining table. Of the two bedrooms, each has its own smart TV as well.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The house on the inside was super clean but the outside was a little dirty. Lots of extra towels and toilet paper but not enough hand soap. The second bedroom could use a better bed set up but the main bedroom was comfortable. Lots of extra pillows which is nice. Location was great not far from town.
