This is the perfect OIB home for your family vacation, any time of year. Located on the lower end of a canal toward beach - short 3 minute direct walk to the Raeford St. ADA-accessible beach access (no steps make it easy to transport all your beach gear).

Private heated swimming pool with adjacent deck overlooking canal and gas grill.

New game room and bar area adjacent to pool area, with shuffleboard table, foosball, and 75" smart tv.

4 levels of decks with all new composite decking on the expansive decks overlooking the canal and made other updates.

EV charger for electric vehicles (Level 2) - no need to rely on the 1 public charger on the island!

This home has been recently renovated with luxury finishes throughout. You’ll love the renovated kitchen, all new master bath with large tile shower, new granite counters in all bathrooms, and 65” TV in the family room.

Enjoy the sunsets, waterfront views, and outdoor relaxation and dining from the 5 decks overlooking the canal, including a rooftop deck with views to the ocean and across OIB. Dock your boat (direct access to ICW) or use the included 4 kayaks.

Two of the 5 bedrooms are located on the main level, and the remaining three on the upper level. The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 14 adults and children (2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds). 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while 2 of the bedrooms share a 1.5 bathroom between them (ideal for families/children), with a powder room (1/2 bath) on the main level.

The kitchen is recently renovated and has everything you could need, including new appliances, indoor seating for 12 (8 at table, 4 at bar), and ample cookware and dinnerware.

The wifi/internet is high-speed (400mbps) and all TVs are new smart TVs with all of the apps you'd expect for use with your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, HBO+, Youtube TV). Use of our Youtube TV account is included for streaming local and cable channels (major networks, ESPN, etc.).

Consistently Fantastic

We've stayed at this property a handful of times and everything has always been wonderful! We are guaranteed to find all we need in the house, the location is perfect and communication is phenomenal. The kids and adults loved the game room addition during our rainy downtime. Excellent addition!

5 Stars – Perfect Multigenerational Getaway in OIB!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Isle Beach! Our multigenerational group of 9 (2 grandparents, 4 adults, and 3 kids ages 3–12) found it to be the perfect place for both relaxation and fun. The location on the canal was ideal — we loved kayaking and fishing right off the dock, and it was just a short and easy walk to the beach.The private pool was a huge hit with everyone, from morning swims to evening dips. The home itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The layout gave everyone plenty of space to either gather together or enjoy quiet time apart, which made it especially great for a larger group.The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the entire experience a breeze from start to finish. We’ve stayed in several rentals over the years, and this one stands out as one of the best. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful, fun-filled beach vacation!

Great location on the canal and quick access to the beach - fully ramped for easy access. Wonderful accommodations, game room and saltwater pool made our week a fantastic experience. Our host responded quickly to every question.Our family of 9 adults and one child had ample room. So many extras - bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, beach wagon, pack-n-play, towels, sheets, and more. Just what we needed…

The kids loved cooling off in the pool after being out on the beach or dueling at the ping-pong table. The dock was great for fishing and a quickstop for picking up and dropping of boat riders. It offers so much to do and so much space as well. We had 4 generations, including a newborn and no one was kept up all night or needing to get away. Everyone had a room or deck to get away to as needed. It was lovely!

Awesome beach home

This home was everything you need in a beach home getaway! The house itself is awesome! Great layout, spacious, private yet cozy. All of the different levels of deck made for good family time gathering. The crows nest was everyone’s favorite. The amenities that came with the house were also greatly appreciated. From big things like provided bikes, kayaks & beach toys/chairs to small things like ice buckets, serving platters & cookware— the house had everything. Will definitely want to make this an annual trip at this house.

fabulous, the pool was a plus for a 7 & 2 yr old. it heated up to 91 degrees. We would suggest in the rt corner of the dining room a coffee bar for less people volume in the kitchen

Beautiful!!

This property combines an ideal location and fantastic amenties into one incredible home. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our vacation, whether we were sitting on the beach, out to dinner or relaxing at the house. This property had an amazing view, day and night on the roof top deck. The owners went the extra mile in equipping this home with everything a visitor could possible want. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, along with the garage having anything you could think of for a day at the beach. This beach home was wonderful. Our family would love to return next year

Beautiful home!

Highly recommend! Home is beautiful and has plenty of room for all to spread out. We spent lots of time outdoors enjoying the main deck and pool. Loved the top deck and its full view for sunrise and sunsets. Enjoyed the kayaks and exploring the canals and intercoastal waterway. And the home was just a short walk to the beach! Jason was wonderful to work with and went out of his way to make sure we fully enjoyed our stay!

Top notch all around experience

We stayed at this property with 2 couples and 4 kids for 4 nights during the kids’ spring break. The entire rental experience, including the home, canal setting, and owner communication, was excellent. Key points: - The home is well-stocked with quality items, making it feel like a cherished space rather than a generic rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide variety of cookware, and the furniture is lovely. - The outdoor space is fantastic, with a large covered back deck overlooking the canal, balconies for almost every bedroom, and a rooftop deck with beach views. The private dock was a highlight, perfect for fishing. It's a short stroll to the beach. - The owner, Jason, was easy-going, communicative, and generous. He offered early check-in and late checkout and provided ample paper and cleaning supplies, so we never felt nickel and dimed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we're grateful for the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home!

Fall Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. I think the house is nicer than the pictures. I rented a golf cart but we really didn’t need it. We will definitely consider renting this house again.
