Water front, open bay views from both decks!!

  • Completely rehabbed property inside & out for 2023! Beautiful views of the bay, incredible sunsets, plus access to the bay for kayaking, or just enjoying. Two spacious decks accessible from the main and 2nd levels. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse with a full size kitchen, living area and game/loft space. Sleeping for 14 people. This is NOT a condo. Can't wait for you to see this one!! Beautiful décor, fireplace, 2 parking spaces in lot, new furniture and mattresses!! Close walking distance to the beach, and restaurants! Our home has everything you and your family should need on vacation! We're working hard to get this one ready for summer. be sure to read through the full description of the accommodations before requesting a booking... we want to ensure this is the right fit for you, and you have everything you need!

    ***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE***
    1) Please note the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.
    2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.
    3) This is a 3 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces.
    4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a full bed, one "bunk" bedroom with 2 twin over full bunks and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. This accounts for 11 beds for 14 people. We will allow 16 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room.
    5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you would prefer to rent these items as opposed to bring them. Here is there website: https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. There are prices listed directly on their website.
    6) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check-in. You are also welcome to contact me if you see the property is NOT booked the previous day to extend your reservation.

Our stay was marked by the amazing view of the bay with porch and balcony access.We also appreciated that the overall layout of home was open, practical and spacious and conducive to a large group. The host Debbie was very responsive to any inquiries.We highly recommend this rental!

Super charming town home! The views from the living room and owners suite are incredible. We very much enjoyed our time on both decks! The set up was ideal for our teen kids. They had a bedroom, full bath and living room to themselves on the very top floor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook big breakfasts and the dining table fit our whole group. Debbie was so easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome! We definitely hope to stay again in the future!

Our girls trip was fantastic. This townhouse afforded us the rest and relaxation we were looking for in a waterside home. Check in and Check out was easy. The home was clean, inviting and a great entertainment location. The host was professional, accessible and had communication. We would definitely rent again.

We had a large group of 16 stay at this house. It was still very spacious! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. The balcony off of the living room and the master room offered gorgeous views. The walk to the beach was easy, 12 minute walk and never an issue! Anytime we had a question, Debbie responded quickly and the communication was excellent. We did have a small parking misunderstanding issue with a residing neighbor, but it was handled and Debbie was very informative/helpful. Overall, a great stay for a big group.

After 25 years of not doing our yearly OC trip, we searched a lot of properties for the perfect one. And we were NOT let down! My family had an amazing week here!!! The view from the deck was spectacular at night, and lots of wildlife constantly showing up! There is also more furniture on the deck than the pictures show, which was a plus for our large group! One of our biggest surprises was the bunk bed room being on the loft/3rd floor, with a bathroom and the little living area. It became the "teenager floor" for the week and they enjoyed every second! 😀 We hope to come back someday!!
