    The Space:

    Welcome to Boho Bay! This gem of a condo has been renovated and remodeled with modern decor, top-of-the-line floors and furnishings, new siding, windows, and commercial-grade luxury vinyl tile throughout. You'll also find gorgeous boho beach decor throughout. The living area is inviting and has been furnished with comfort in mind. It features an inviting sectional sofa, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a new HVAC heat/cool wall system. The dining table seats four comfortably. The kitchen may not be the biggest one in the market, but it features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom offers all the conveniences, including a glass door walk-in shower.



    This idyllic retreat is located on the bayside of the island, midway between the Ocean City Expressway to the north and the Ocean Gateway to the south. Take a short drive (or even a walk) to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark for summertime fun for the whole family! Or head over to the east side of the island where you can walk the three-mile-long Ocean City Boardwalk that follows the shore. White Marlin Marina, Sunset Island Marina, Bahia Marina Inc., and the Ocean City Fishing Center are all within close proximity and offer a variety of boating, fishing, and docking needs.

The outside of the property is updated beautifully. The checkin was very easy with the keypad, & upon entering the property, everything was fresh & clean, spacious & decluttered. Had everything you needed- places to set luggage and put away clothes. Had more than enough fluffy towels & bath tissue & soaps. The living room was perfect for me and my two kids to snuggle on the couch & watch gossip girls or SpongeBob during the down-time between the beach & boardwalk nights. We loved that it folded out for an extra spot as a bed for the teen. The kitchen was a perfect size because we didn’t cook but appreciated the coffee maker & toaster & fridge. If we had cooked, the regular size stove & oven would’ve been great. The best part of the place was the pocket door for the front bedroom to separate the tv area from my 4 year old sleeping. Beautiful finishes in the bathroom & kitchen and the decor was beachy & modern & no clutter at all. Hooks by the front door were so helpful as well as the floor length mirror by the door. Only thing I would improve upon is blackout curtains. The bed was so comfortable I could’ve slept longer had the sun not woke me up. Although I don’t want to miss a minute of OC fun! I recommend this place to everyone!
