A for location C- for cleanliness

This property was in a great location and is very spacious. It has all the potential to earn 5/5, but unfortunately, it was not very clean. That said, the property manager was very communicative and vowed to improve the cleaning.

Excellent Property, A few tweaks will make the experience perfect

The property is exceptional. It includes a large living area, well equipped kitchen, three good sized bedrooms including a huge master suite and three decent sized bathrooms. The location is on the boardwalk close to the inlet. The property was very clean as well. A few improvements can make the experience even better. 1. Figure out a way to provide linens and towels as part of the package. I did not understand till after the booking that linens had to be ordered separately. More than the expense, it is a hassle that should be avoided for a condo that is fairly expensive to rent. 2. For this price, do not ask guests to do chores, such as removing used linens, stuffing them in bags, making the beds and throwing away the trash when they leave etc. Include such things as part of the cleaning process, similar to hotels.3. Stock enough toilet papers etc. for the stay.4. Revise check out time to at-least 11am, preferably noon.

Spacious, clean, and cozy at a great location

We had a wonderful stay on this property! The host was very responsive and the condo was large, comfortable, and clean. The location is right on the boardwalk and convenient to walk to restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was spacious and the perfect size for our family. We were not too impressed with the outdoor property upkeep, in particular a dirty, overflowing dumpster with garbage strewn around it, to pass every time we went in and out. Perfect location for the young grandchildren.

Great stay

Lots of space and great location. A little noisy outside but that is part of being on the boardwalk in this area. 3 parking spaces is a great perk. Very happy with our stay.

Boardwalk beauty!

We loved this place! The condo was right on the boardwalk with superb view of the ocean. All rooms were very spacious and so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. Very helpful to have luggage trolley and elevator even though we were on the second floor. Plenty of parking with three dedicated spaces. Owners were extremely responsive. Wonderful stay all around!

Nice place with one big problem

The one big problem with this unit which would prevent me from staying here again is that there are 2 stores directly underneath that play very loud music too late at night which affected our sleep each night. For the master bedroom there is no avoiding the constant bass vibrating underneath. There is a noise ordinance till midnight but one of the stores had the music on till 1:30 am. I understand that this may not be in direct control of the unit owners/property managers and they were sympathetic when I called but I would suggest attempting to create a working relationship with these stores to possibly talk to them about turning the music down a couple notches in the evening and at the very least adhering to the midnight noise ordinance. Aside for that, the unit itself was very nice, spacious and a great location on the boardwalk.

Beautiful Property 😍

This beachfront condo is great! My family and I enjoyed all the space and amenities that came with this place. We loved that all the rooms had smart TV's. They even have beach chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy on the beach. If you are looking for a great family location on the board walk with a beautiful view, THIS IS IT ! We will definitely be back!

Overall great experience

Several Maintenance Issues

We have stayed in Ocean Mist the last 2 years and never had any issues. However, this year we had several maintenance issues. Freezer was totally out of order. We lost a lot of food that we brought with us overnight the first night. Did not stay cold at all and water leaked constantly on the floor, which is very dangerous. Garbage disposal leaked under the kitchen sink Black mold in the bathrooms, this was not good for guests we had respiratory issues. Wall outlets on the north wall were not in working order.

Spacious, comfortable, and clean

A group of childhood friends got together to spend a weekend on ocean city. Our concert plans were canceled, due to a hurricane. but we had the best time enjoying the condo. Its spacious, clean, and the views are breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable! The condo is modern and up to date, which is hard to find in Ocean City. We look forward to staying at this condo again!

We loved staying here. Inside is much nicer than the outside. We didn’t like that you had to exit from the back into the alley when going on the boardwalk. There is a lot of space in the every room.
