This is an older unit but was clean, beds were comfortable and communication with property management was good. Rented for Boardwalk Rock so location was great for walking to the boardwalk/inlet.

The property was in perfect location to boardwalk. Far enough away from the noise but yet close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk!!

Girls trip

My girl friends and I rented this because it was one of the cheaper ones for July’s expensive prices. The place is roomy and not the worst bed in the master bedroom but the twin beds were very uncomfortable I heard. The place is very dated so it’s not surprising that the floors made our feet black. There also was black grim among the edges of the bathroom, which was surprising since there was supposed to be “extra cleaning” being done. I did like there was bags over the remote that I assume they change out every time it’s rented- although I wish there was instructions if you use the wrong remote... Overall not a bad stay but I wouldn’t stay again. Worth it if it’s a quick cheap weekend.

Great last minute getaway!

We had a great time at this place, we picked it to be as close to possible to friends that had already rented in OC. Me and my 3 teenagers. It was the perfect clean, comfortable Spot for us. We were trying to work with a tight budget, and this checked all our marks. Thanks!

Desperate need of repairs

The furniture is unusable and well beyond useful life. The carpet was stained in the kitchen and hallways. The water pressure is almost non-existent, toilets don’t flush and constantly needed plunged.

Great deal - would recommend.

If you aren't concerned with a modern look and just want a place close to the boardwalk at a reasonable price that is clean, then this is a great deal. Looked at many properties when booking last minute, this was arguably the cheapest and was a bit concerned about cleanliness from old reviews. Place was clean and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Condo needs updates and many repairs.

The location was great, but the condo needs maintenance in many areas, and to be updated to current code (no gfci outlets near water) The shower rod/curtain assembly was a pain to work back and forth. The furniture is worn out and dirty, the carpet is disgusting and stained, the bathtubs back up when showering, the front door is broken and the locks need lubrication--hard to get keys in and out. One AC vent was hanging from the ceiling, and the mini blinds are in terrible shape and need to be replaced. I am generally not a whiner, but this place needs a lot of attention. We would not stay here again if it has not been updated.

A Little Disapointed

I enjoyed my vacation. I was a couple of blocks from the beach. The apartment had two bathrooms and that was nice. However, the first day we walked in and saw the living room furniture in dire need or replacement (it is all ripped and quite dirty) we felt sad. We had a guest for one night and the sofa bed was useless. All bent out of shape. My biggest disapointment was the wi-fi. It was so slow that it was reminiscent of dial (yes I am that old). I could not use my laptop at all (unless I wanted to wait forever to load)
