    The Space:

    You'll be able to see both the ocean and the bay from the sunny balcony at this well-appointed condo on the ocean block in Ocean City. Spend your days swimming and taking in the sunshine on the beach, and your evenings enjoying a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), free high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels. Here in midtown Ocean City, not only will you enjoy fantastic walking access to the beach - you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, casual eateries, bustling nightlife, and all sorts of great shops and conveniences. Things to Know Free high-speed WiFi Full kitchen A rollaway bed is available as well No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

This was a great place! Clean, organized, well maintained! I met the maintenance man while we were there and he was a great guy as well! Easy beach access and plenty to do in walking distance. We barely ever moved the car.

Other than the building not having an elevator, it was PERFECT!!! Probably not a place for older individuals or someone not in good shape. Walking up and down 3 flights of stairs was definitely a workout. Leaving something in your vehicle makes you reevaluate how important that item is to you. I apologize if there actually is an elevator and I missed it. I honestly didn’t look for one too hard. Anyways…. It’s centrally located to all of the fun parts of OC. Across the street from 2 of the 3 main OC bars/clubs. Several blocks away from route 90 for fast departure. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The condo itself was great! Nice and clean. Nice size bedroom. Kitchen had everything I needed. Living room had a nice pullout couch. TV worked just fine. 2 full sized bathrooms with towels. Washer and dryer was a nice thing to have to wash my clothes prior to leaving. Nice northern view of OC from the back deck. Didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors. What else can you ask for???? It’s a nice condo for a small family or small group of visitors. And if you’re a fan of Seacrets….. ITS ACROSS THE STREET!! Just walk. No DUI’s!!! If I could afford this condo, I’d buy it!!
