    The Space:

    Totally renovated and boasting waterfront views with direct access to the bay, this home in Ocean City's Montego Bay community has just what you need for a laidback coastal getaway. In addition to direct water access from the house, guests will also enjoy the use of all of Montego Bay's great community amenity offerings including pools, sports courts, walking trails, and piers for crabbing and fishing. At home, make the most of sunshine and blue skies with coffee, cocktails, and alfresco meals out on the private deck. The bright, open living area showcases strong natural lighting, water views, and breezy, vaulted ceilings, along with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and gas fireplace for cozy evening entertainment and casual downtime. The all-new kitchen features gorgeous tile backsplash and a full suite of stainless steel appliances equipped for home cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Additional perks include central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. MONTEGO BAY AMENITIES - 2 pools - Kiddie pool - Tennis courts - Shuffleboard - Mini golf - 8-acre wildlife sanctuary & park w/ walking trails - Bayfront boardwalk - A saltwater pond - Crabbing/fishing piers THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

New Years eve getaway

We had a great stay at a beautiful house. Clean and comfortable place. It was a great place to ring in the new year. The view of the fireworks over the bay was a bonus surprise.

Early Spring Getaway

Great location! Beautiful setup right on the bay! Well laid out home! Weather was great first half and then the temperature plummeted but all was fun. Will be back again.

A peaceful moment

Overall the property was wonderful. I wish there was a coffee pot but it wasn’t a big deal. Enjoyed our short respite .

Birthday Weekend Get Away

My husband and I planned a long weekend to celebrate our September birthdays…and Tropical Storm Ophelia came to town. House was wonderful. Updated, clean, great neighborhood, with everything we needed…great view of the water. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great house

We had a great stay even though we had a bad week of weather. We didn’t get to enjoy the deck. But we will be back at the end of the month and can not wait to sit out in the deck!

Beautiful but missing a few things

Ice maker wasn't working dryer was broken no kitchen wash clothes had to buy paper towels and toilet paper It's a beautiful view and the neighborhood is great lots of restaurants close by And near the Delaware border for tax free shopping

Great comfortable stay

Place was clean and living room had plenty of comfortable furniture for chilling on the rainy days we had. Only downfall unless i missed something is I didn't see any pots and pans for cooking. I prefer to cook as least 1/2 my family's meals so we're not stuck eating out for everything. Other than that i highly recommended. Inviting and awesome place.

Beautiful space!

Bright and spacious, very clean and a very quiet location. Code for lockbox to get entry key was wrong but we guessed at the correct combination! Kitchen needs more essentials; no large knife, no plastic wrap, no cutting board, no ice (ice maker was turned off), and no outdoor shower. All relatively minor things but would add to a positive experience. But all in all, this is a very nice space and we would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

Sweet OCMD Christmas!

The property was lovely, spacious and bright with beautiful views of the harbor on the bay. The beds were comfortable with clean linens, and the home was very clean. The kitchen was open and well equipped for the most part. The only area I think for improvement would be the shower head in the master bathroom needs replacing, as the water pressure was almost nonexistent. But it was okay in the second bathroom. Also, as a few others have written, the sun coming in through the bay window is a bit much, and very bright without the ability to pull down shades or curtains. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay and we hope to rent the unit again someday. Thank you.

The house was clean and comfortable, but we were surprised that a beach house (a short drive/walk to the ocean) did not have an umbrella for the picnic table on the deck, which would have provided much needed shade on hot, sunny days, and did not have beach chairs and/or beach umbrellas available (we had to buy our own). Also, the deck is full of splinters, and does not have a plexi-glass or other protective barrier to keep kids or pets from toppling onto the pier below.

Perfect place for a mini vacation. If you are looking for a place that is close to everything ( Beach, boardwalk, Assateague Island etc.) you should definitely have a look at this place. Best part for me was getting up early in the morning sitting outside enjoying my coffee looking at the water. The layout of the house was great as well. In my opinion the best part of the house is the living room. The living room has a beautiful big window that allows visitors to always have a picture perfect view overlooking the outside of the property. Overall, i was very pleased with the property including the neighborhood it is located in. Things that could be improved: As much as i loved the beautiful big window in the living room i think it should have a curtain so one can close it, and give people a bit more privacy especially at night. Hopefully on my next stay the fireplace will be working No batteries in the miniature Candles on top of fireplace

Beautiful view and quiet neigjborhood

Once we got in the view you see of the water bumping up to the living room windows is completly breathtaking if you are a water lover. Seating on the spacuoys deck is great for meals and morning coffee. The solar lights on the deck surgace and in the eater next doir was a added suprise to do night fish watching, which my family loved. Quiet neighorhood and what neighbors we did see were very friendly. Only 15 minutes from the board walk and 30 to see the wild ponies. Knowing the pool was closed until the week after we left would of been helpful, our 12 year old was not impressed. More than 2 rolls of toilet paper considering the price we paid for a week wotj a family of 4 would of been nice. More kitchen utensils would be better. Books of local.actvities and food menus woukd of been a added bonus especially bevause we are from Michigan.
