Enjoy the spaciousness of this 1200 sq foot condo that has a den area as well as living room. Sea Terrace in Ocean City, Maryland features large two bedroom vacation rental unit, with a oceanfront balcony and ocean front pool. Three elevators and off-street parking for one car and free parking on the side street on a first come first served basic. 1207 has a private oceanfront balcony which overlooks the ocean, the pool and deck area. Standard features include central air, full size washer, dryer, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen ,flat screen tv of the living room and free unit WIFI. No pets, please. There is a no smoking policy in the units and other areas at the pool and parking lot.
Amenities: Heated Oceanfront Pool, Sundeck Area, and Deck Tennis.

The property was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing! You can see both the ocean and the bay. We even watched dolphins from the balcony one morning! The condo was clean and well taken care of. The beach access was very convenient and the pool was warm and clean. We were close enough to easily visit the boardwalk but out of the hustle and bustle. The only thing we were wishing for was a handheld shower head in the shower to rinse the sand off our daughters more easily. We did utilize the hoses outside by the pool to rinse off as much sand as we could. We would definitely stay here again. My girls said it was their favorite vacation place so far!
