It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 4 flat-screen TV’s, 1 DVD player, and free WiFi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season, this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’.
