The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

From the covered patio, you'll be able to enjoy a view of the pool as the kids take a break from the sand and ocean. Located in Northern Ocean City, the unit is located near miniature golf, go-carts, a water park, boat rentals, Fisher's Popcorn and some of the best restaurants/bars including the famous Harpoon Hanna's and Catch 54 for name a few. Tax free shopping is only a few blocks away and you'll be nicely situated for a drive to the outlets in Rehoboth.

This nicely appointed unit is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have a fun filled vacation. The bedroom has two full beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit features central air, new vinyl floors throughout and a newly remodeled kitchen that is ready for all your making those coast saving meals at home. THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Hawaiian Village does not have an elevator.
Hawaiian Village has 3 buildings: Royal Hawaiian is a 4-story building facing 142nd Street, Outrigger is a 2-story building off of 141st street and Waikiki is a beachfront building. This condo is located in the Outrigger building.
* One parking spot is provided in an open lot. There is additional parking available on the street.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. We cannot be responsible for changes in pool hours, dates of operation or pool closures.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 141st street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
