Great location. Right on boardwalk, great porch. Apartment needs a little TLC and updating. Communicating with property was easy which was nice. Overall was fine and affordable

The Virgina Lee N is in a great location, oceanfront, close to everything. The property was clean but needs some TLC. It’s an older home and it shows. The place consisted of 3 Apartments and you can hear the neighbors. Needs night time blinds/curtains in the bedrooms as the outside lights come through and lights up the rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay at the OCHG Virginia Lee! We stayed in the top unit and it was amazing! The property manager, Cindy, is top notch and super quick with communication! Highly recommended!

There were some things about this property that were not kept up. The washer and dryer were rusty, the awning on the second floor unit (which we rented) was torn and not working in some area's as well as the railing on the steps in the front leading up to the second floor unit was broken on one side and that is a fall hazard. Not to mention the trash around the property. I have some pics if you want to see. Oh and there was some paint that was peeling. Overall though we had a great time besides all that.
