One bedroom ocean view condo with an outdoor pool in North Ocean City, just 1.5 blocks to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! In addition the outdoor pool, there is also a kiddie pool and a large patio area with umbrellas and chairs - the perfect relaxing beach getaway. You'll love this tastefully decorated, beachy condo that has an ocean view from the bedroom. There are Smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials). The bedroom has two double beds and there is a futon in the living room (double size, sleeps 2) so you can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Relax on the balcony off of the bedroom while sipping on your morning coffee and taking in the peek-a-boo view of the Atlantic Ocean across the street. This property is located on the third floor and the building has an elevator. There is a laundry room on each floor of the building that is coin operated. Lost Treasure mini golf is adjacent to this building so you are also just steps away from a fun mini golf outing! Located in uptown, this oceanblock getaway offers a peaceful escape while still being a short drive to the excitement of downtown Ocean City. Also located near the Delaware line, take a fun trip to the Bethany beach/Rehoboth area. Book now and experience the best of both worlds!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $94.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

Cute little condo!

This was a very cute little condo in a nice building with pool & outdoor seating. Beds were very comfy, lots of pillows & blankets, kitchen was well equipped. Nice little balcony, screen doors on front & back for nice breeze on cooler nights. Pool stayed open late, quick walk to beach, lots of mini golf nearby! Check out Game World, mini golf, laser tag, arcade, cheap food. Get takeout from “The Best” Crabs Seafood Co & eat outside on the patio! Neighborhood behind building is great for bike riding & walks.

Fine for a quick trip - Nosey neighbors

The unit was clean and working with the property manager was easy. Unit is small, outdated, and far from elevator, which made it harder to unpack. Not much dining space. There were some very nosey neighbors, who aggressively knocked on door our first morning to tell us a door mat couldn’t be outside of the door. That woke up our 7week old baby. The doormat was between the screen and entry doors when we checked in, so I assumed it was meant for outside. Fixed it but then the same neighbors kept staring as we would come and go and one blatantly stared into the unit walking by, as I had the door open about to leave. Again, fine for a quick/last minute weekend trip, but wouldn’t stay here again, especially for a longer trip.
