Charming 2-bedroom rental unit in a well-maintained, family-owned building on Ocean City, MD's ocean block that doesn't break the bank. This cozy abode exudes timeless allure with its vintage charm. This unit boasts enduring character and is impeccably clean. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean (120 yards) adds a touch of seaside tranquility, offering residents the soothing sounds of waves and a refreshing ocean breeze. 4 Beds and sleeper sofa, 1.5 bathrooms - families and couples 25+ only.

The Space:
The family-owned atmosphere ensures a personal touch to property management, creating a warm and welcoming environment for tenants. Embrace the charm of yesteryear with the convenience of modern living in this delightful ocean block retreat. Each unit comes with 2 parking spots on property as well as all household linens/ bedding / bath / kitchen - just bring beach towels.

This unit is specifically for families or couples, not groups of friends.
We do not rent to anyone younger than 25 years old as the matriarch of the family lives in one of the units.
We are family friendly and keep our prices towards allowing families to take their children to the beach.

We provide all your linens/ blankets/ and bath towels from OC linen service - this is included in your cleaning fee.
Please bring your own beach towels.

Cute place

This place was cute, clean, and very close to the beach, so that was great. It’s also close to a lot of shops and a main road, so there’s some noise in that area. I will say that there was very little in the kitchen beside plates, cups, and small bowls; we had to get creative with utensils while cooking and use baking dish as a popcorn bowl.Over all, it was a clean, nice place to stay for a long weekend.
