Be more accurate with amenities. It listed coffee maker, took bag of coffee. It was a kuerig. We just got back from day at beach and in comes a maintenence man...walks right in. Had a message to fix a crack in closet frame. He was very apologetic. The communication was wrong. Did not make us feel very comfortable. Took a long while each morning to get hot water flowing for showers or hand washing.

Wow what a wonderful experience! The unit was perfect to accommodate our group and the perfect location! I reached out to property management a couple times with questions and they were most timely and helpful. Will definitely rent again!

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a fresh, clean scent and sparkling cleanliness throughout. Key largo

Less than ideal. The house was spacious and in a great location. The house was not clean upon arrival and the fridge was not working for the entirety of the stay. Maintenance came to look at it but nothing was fixed. Alll our food spoiled due to this and we could barely cook due to the lack of basic supplies in the kitchen- not one baking sheet in the house. There were ants in the bathrooms and not enough towels for people. One toilet was not clean upon arrival. Outlets in some of the bedrooms didn’t work. The dryer was broken and we were NOT made aware of this before the trip- just a note on the dryer that said “dryer not working” that we didn’t see until we went to use the dryer. We spent over an hour trying to contact the “host” a company called Vacasa on Friday to take care of these issues. Calls were “dropped” and placed on hold many times. Would not book again.

Not worth the price

Location and size of unit were very good. Cleanliness was mixed as bathrooms and kitchen were good however floors were dirty and debris was left on table. Balcony was not private as no partition between units. Kitchen and bathrooms were ill equipped. Property manager was unresponsive.

Beautiful condo

We had a great stay! Great location, lots of space, walking distance to some great restaurants and activities, and overall a great experience. Note that you really do need to provide your own toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap etc. but having stayed at a Vacasa condo before, we were prepared.

Beds Toilets Need to be Clean

Master Suite was not cleaned at all-toilet was disgusting, bedsheets were soiled and all rolled up clearly ready to be laundered which did not happen, lamp was disassembled. Plus no blankets in one bedroom, only two rolls of toilet paper for four bathrooms(how can you not have at least one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom??). Complained to you first day and expected some action-it never happened. Very very disappointing.

Excellent stay!!

The property was spectacular and ideally located!! Loads of space for our group of 12!! One thing I would recommend is for property owner to either switch to instant water heater or a larger capacity heater as we had to stagger our baths! Not a big deal once we figured out the first day and we planned accordingly!!

Bigger than it appears online

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. Even with 7 adults, an infant and a toddler, it never felt crowded. Also very clean. I would 100% recommend!

Great Family Gathering Place

We had enough room to accommodate several family members coming from various locations. The space gave us places to gather as well as places to have privacy when needed. Perfect!

Family Reunion

The condo was in great shape when we arrived for a week’s stay at the beach with our children and grandchildren. The beach is just a few steps away, and there are restaurants and activities nearby. We had a tiny problem with the washer, but our host sent a repairman immediately to resolve it. Thanks for a very enjoyable week!

Beautiful condo, excellent location!

We had such a great time at this condo. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Beautiful place with linens included. Slept out group of 9 very comfortably. Would recommend!

Ocean life at it's finest

Our extended family(Grandmother, 2 fathers, 2 mothers, 1 aunt and 4 cousins) spent a wonderful week in this condo. The beach was visited several times a day, shells were collected, connections to each other were strengthened, and we even caught up with long-lost friends. The bedrooms are roomy enough that you don't trip over each other. Bathrooms were plentiful. There is a beautiful front deck where you can catch the morning sun and the evening breeze. The kitchen had most items needed for daily cooking, but the teflon pans had seen better days and the utensils had also. We scrubbed out an aluminum pan full of black gunk until it was spotless and it became our only frypan. The welcome package of laundry products, soap and kitchen products came in very handy...thank you! I wish that there were screens on the sliding doors so we could have enjoyed the ocean breezes and kept out the flies. I fully understand the lack of them due to maintenence costs, but they were missed. Thank you also for the use of the beach items. We loved surfing on the boogie boards and playing in the sand. Thank you for some wonderful memories.

Great Condo

Great location, amazing large condo, tastefully decorated. Would recommend to anyone. Only negative a couple of the chairs in the living room were extremely dirty but reported it to leasing company they talked like it would be taken care of. Otherwise a must stay.
