This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Beautiful living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker combo, laundry room and WIFI. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full & 2 single beds) and a queen sleep sofa in the living area to accommodate your family of up to ten. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas.
There is an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
