We have basic cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up prior to checking out. There’s also coffee maker and toaster.

We provide ALL bed linen (Sheets and Pillow cases ONLY), Bath Towels, Washcloth. You will find an iron and board in the laundry closet on main floor. There is a hairdryer located in the bathroom under the sink, as well shampoo and body wash. If you require anything else, please contact us.

You will love being walking distance to all the best local shops, attractions and delicious dining including Pickles Pub, Pizza Mambo, Taphouse Bar & Grill and so much more. Keep the whole family entertained with the year-round events in the area like Springfest, Sunfest, the White Marlin Open and plenty of other activities throughout the Boardwalk and Inlet.

Downtown Ocean City runs from the Inlet to 28th street and includes the world famous boardwalk, historic hotels that have been around since Ocean City was founded, City Hall, the Lifesaving Museum, numerous marinas, and endless attractions and shops. The boardwalk is an epicenter for activity in Ocean City and has been a staple of Ocean City vacations since it was built in 1902 as a walkway between a few oceanfront hotels. These famous boards are home to numerous hotels, restaurants, rides, amusements, and shops.

Bicycles. Biking is allowed throughout Ocean City year-round and with limited hours on the boardwalk during the summer season.

The Ocean City Beach Bus, which runs routinely from the Inlet to the Delaware state line only, costs $3 for an all day, unlimited pass (exact change required).

The Ocean City Boardwalk Tram is waiting at your convenience. One of the best ways to experience the Boardwalk, the Boardwalk Tram runs from the Inlet to 27th St., making routines stops to load and unload passengers, so you can get on or off anytime you would want. The Boardwalk Tram costs $4.00 per person, per boarding, per one way ride, but discount fare punch cards are available at $26 for 8 rides (inquire at either the north or south Tram Station or with a Tram Conductor).

Please Note: We rent to families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25. No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online booking for group rentals will not be honored.

HOUSE RULES

– There shall be no smoking inside the apartment. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
– Please wash your dishes after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
– PARKING: off street parking is available.
– Garage not availible.
– Please do not rearrange our furniture.
– If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
