Hidden Gem Oceanview! 3BD/2BR, Steps to the beach!

Three bedroom and two bath condo conveniently located off Ocean City Exp, two reserved parking spaces for the guest, steps to the beach, and walking distance to plenty of food options around the area.

Keyless entry to the unit, you will receive a door code on the day of your check-in.
Fully equipped kitchen, queen sleep sofa in a common area, kids bedroom has a platform twin bed, bedroom two has queen size bed, bedroom three also has queen size bed.

An outdoor shower is available to all tenants.

We ask all renters to please respect and maintain a clean unit so we can offer everyone an enjoyable vacation stay and reasonable rates.

Please do note at this time, we do not currently provide linens.

Loved it. Very nice. 3 bedrooms are hard to find for the price. Good ocean block made it easy to get back and forth to the beach. Parking was no problem either.

Perfect OC stay for what we needed!

Overall the place was great! Location was excellent, there was plenty of space for 7 of us, and proximity to the beach was excellent! The only suggestion I would give is to ensure that some basic supplies are available for renters (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, extra batteries for the remotes etc). When we checked in it was very limited. We stocked up and left behind the extra for the next guests.

Too Expensive for what you get

Had several choices, picked this one because of location and a high floor. The listing should point out there is no elevator. The shower was broken in the master bath, the wash machine would not turn, the tv in the master bedroom was like 15 inches. The remotes all had corroded batteries. Even when you got one remote to work, the cable didn’t work. The Internet hardly ever worked. The kitchen was an absolute mess with the cabinets full of packed in dishes and the drawers full of everybody’s leftover sauces. I regret selecting this location. It was just too much money for what you got.

Small walk to beach

Everything about the property was great except some of the kitchenware was well used and could be replaced. But all else was perfect! Close walk to beach and stores, AC worked great, loved that we had a washer/dryer. Thanks for providing a place for some great memories!

Great beach location

Overall we had a pleasant stay at this condo. The accomodations were comfortable and the midtown location on a beach block was great. The 3rd floor location without having an elevator is obviously a major inconvenience as was the keypad lock which never ever opened on the first attempt and sometimes took 3 times to open. Overall we had a relaxing and enjoyable week.

Their were some cleanliness issues. The microwave door handle was cracked at bottom. We tried to use it and be careful, but it completely broke. Beds were hard as a rock. Closet door to laundry was off the rails and put in master bedroom. All in all everything else was a hit.

Perfect proximity to the beach

The proximity to the beach was great -half a block walk. Property manager was very responsive. Check in process was a breeze with code entry. Parking for 2 cars in the rear of the building was convenient. 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator) was a pain with a lot of luggage/groceries, though. Mattresses/couches could use an upgrade (not that comfortable). Overall, a clean unit. Reasonably priced and great location.

Great location!

Loved the location with easy access to the beach. Interior is nice & Leo was very responsive. The twin bed also has a trundle bed underneath. Lots of stairs which was a challenge for a guest with knee problems. But would stay again!

Great home base for a beach vacation

We enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our two kiddos. The play kitchen in the kids bedroom was a nice touch. Easy walk to the beach and to Mini Golf. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place!

Everything was great from the ease of booking to the quick response from the property manager with questions we had. The house was clean and in a perfect location.
