Place is a dumb. Like a trap house in a third world country. Pools so dirty you can’t see the bottom, hot tub is 3 ft deep, how’s it so dirty you can’t see the bottom? Would be a 10/10 if I were into being completely blacked out stoned or drunk the whole time.

After finding out pool bar was open by ourselves after being told everything was closed, was a good time. Ocean right there was great. Pool ice cold. Dont use ice machine, was nasty! The place didnt smell good all in all.

Not enough elevators,, very long way to carry luggage to get to the rooms. Outside chairs were broken, carpets dirty, small beds, refrigerator was very old , Our house keeper was very sweet.

Smelled nothing but weed inside the hotel and hallways. Stains on the floor. Room smelled musty when we got there.

Perfect location! Close to Dunkin, the boardwalk and everything you need. Pool and hot tub, pool was closed on our last night. Hotel needs major cleaning and upgrades. Stayed for 4 nights Aug25. Won’t stay here again.

Refrigerator froze everything we put in it, there was a hole in the bathroom floor, no coffee pot, toaster didn’t work, no utensils, a phone with no hook up no clock or decor. Never had a maid show up, we had to go ask for towels and toilet paper.would never stay here again.

The courtyard looks nothing like in the picture. The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We were on the 1st floor so the room above us could be heard when people were walking around which was pretty late at night, other than that everything else was great. I enjoyed the fact that it was steps away from the ocean and we even enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

The lack of security was very disturbing. All Outside door were propped open or otherwise unlocked. Additionally there is no actual barrier for adjacent rooms to not come to your balcony. In fact someone took our patio table from our balcony! I also think they could improve room locks and patio door locks. In general they appear to have some questionable guests and no real way to protect yourself or your belongings.

The pool and bar area were great ! Live entertainment all weeekend , bar had a good crowd. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool , tables also available. Indoor pool and spa area were nice also.

Room smelled like mold & mildew. Carpet was discussing and old and dirty Beds were very hard and cheap. Linens felt cheap and damp We couldn’t sleep due to the noise & smelly room and felt like beds were dirty.

Family stayed for one night and we enjoyed it. My daughter loved the sand area with ship as well as the nice sized pool (bar right next to it). Conveniently located on the boardwalk and within steps of the beach. The inside could use a little work. Some areas inside had visible rug stains, ice machine on the first floor did not work, the sand area for the kids needed to be secured with so many nails sticking out which was a hazard for kids playing. Again, only stayed for the night so wasn’t a terrible experience. From what I understand they will be reconstructing the whole building soon so looking forward to see what it looks like in a few years.

Be prepared to be disappointed. Although the ads displayed Flagship as having a sauna, billiard and exercise room available don’t expect that. There is no restaurant in the building. There isn’t a sauna bed on site nor a pool cue for a pool table that is exceedingly poor at best. The “exercise” room is a tiny room with a broken bike and treadmill. The indoor pool looks and smells like a science experiment gone wrong. There were ants in the room, the toilet was broken and the door to the balcony beside not locking required my full weight to get open. Although rules set were no smoking many people were thus the rooms smelled of smoke on and off throughout the day depending upon if you could open the outside door to the balcony. At over $235 per night I expected the bare minimum of cleanliness, truthfulness in advertising and function. Will not return.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I feel as though I need to share my experience at this hotel. Our stay at Flagship ruined our entire family vacation and I want to prevent this happening to anybody else. I am currently 4 months pregnant and I booked this hotel for my family- my fiancé, our 7 year old son, his grandmother, and I. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, as we had plans to be out and about most of the time, but I was not expecting to be this disappointed. I booked in advance for monday - thursday and paid $820 for our room, but I told myself it was just because it was a boardwalk hotel with 2 pools and a bar. the photos did not look THAT bad, but the moment we walked into the front doors I knew I let my family down and made the wrong choice because it was horrendous. the lobby absolutely reeked, felt humid and musky, the windows were caked with grime, I noticed several flies, and the environment was not inviting at all. upon entering our room we were mortified. the room smelled, there were flies, the carpet felt moist and disgusting, our lamp shade was broken, we had a hand print on our mirror, beds did not smell clean, the pillows were extremely flat, and our balcony door would not lock. I contacted expedia as we did not feel comfortable and safe and just wanted to switch hotels. the hotel manager Danielle refused to give us a refund and we were forced to stay. my fiancé ended up sleeping in his Jeep because he was extremely grossed out and uncomfortable.

The Flagship has been our go to since we have been going to there. We love the pool and the area of the boardwalk. My only complaint was handicap parking. Not much is available and parking was hard at times. But everything worked out. I wish the tram was up and running again, also more handicap beach access to get a person down to the ocean.

First off Expedia over charged. $475.00 for 2 nights was way to expensive for this property. The hotel itself was charging 150.00 a night but i did not know that till it was too late. Hospitality was Great. Room was clean but not perfect. Very outdated needs some renovations. Beds not very comfortable. Amenities were good. Great outfoor pool.Parking is not very convenient but it is free. Very limited parking at the hotel itself. We had to park in a lot up the road and walk to hotel. Thankfully they let you park and unload in front of hotel. Location to beach excellent. View we had was not good gor the price. Over all hotel met our needs but Expedia pricing was too high for condition of Hotel.

Outside Pool saved rating from poor. Staff tried to lift spirit , but property is aging relic. Structure close to its original design in 1980s.Staff was friendly and accomidating.
