    The Space:

    Enjoy your vacation in these spacious units with two or three bedrooms to choose from. Some units have a breathtaking view of Isle of Wight Bay from the private balcony. All units are fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher and central air. No pets, please. Climate Control Heated Outdoor Pool. POM NOT AVAILABLE, SECURITY DEPOSIT ONLY. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was fully stocked and very comfortable. The bay view was beautiful and we loved watching the Oriole birds and the Heron.

Check-in was easy. As a family of grandparents, parents and grandchildren, we found the condo very roomy. Kids loved the pool and walking distance to the beach. Candy and ice cream were close by too. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the welcome bag containing paper supplies. Everything was in good working order. We will stay here again.
More than enough room.

Great location

We loved the location at the back of the building overlooking the bay. It was a great view. The bedrooms were good sized and the unit had almost everything we would want. I would just say that we would have liked to have a tv in the master bedroom and the second bedroom.
