This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible,
cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking
confirmation.
