    The Space:

    Situated along a canal, this charming condo offers a well-equipped kitchen, bay views from the primary bedroom, and cheery coastal decor throughout. Your canal-side retreat boasts a prime location that is within walking distance of an array of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Take a quick stroll to the beach to enjoy Ocean City’s 10 miles of beautifully maintained shoreline. For shopping and dining options, the Gold Coast Mall is a short walk away. Drive a little more than six miles to experience the amusement rides, arcade games, and other attractions Ocean City Boardwalk has to offer.



    After a day of adventuring, come back to your newly renovated vacation home. Boasting new furniture and bedding, you'll get the solace you've been craving. Lounge comfortably on the furniture in the living room while watching your favorite shows on the TV and basking in the abundance of natural light seeping through the windows. Speaking of which, nature enthusiasts will love the fact you can indulge in peekaboo bay views and that this condo faces the bird sanctuary. Featuring a full suite of appliances, the group chef will love crafting culinary masterpieces in the kitchen for everyone. Enjoy the food together at the dining table or snack at the kitchen bar.     Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great house!

We had a wonderful time over the 4th of July. The house was very clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Our favorite thing was being directly next to the pool! Only complaint is the distance to the beach but we ended up using the pool so much it didn’t even matter

Family beach vacation

We rented this property for a family of five, with the intention of driving to Fenwick every day to access the surf fishing beach. The location was perfect… right next to the pool with views of the bay. Walking distance to lots of things. The included linens were an added bonus, although we did was the comforters on arrival as they were piled on the floor. Overall, this place served our every need.

Great place for a family

Our family had a wonderful time at the beach club. We have been coming to OCMD for many years. This unit was exactly what we needed. Spacious, clean and although not well equipped with kitchen items we made do with what was there. The location was perfect because it was very close to the pool, which was amazing. The sunsets from the unit or the pool were fantastic.

The room was nice, spacious with two bedrooms and a nice living room. There were some cleaning concerns that could’ve been better such as gross sticky substance in the freezer, residue on the silverware, cobwebs in the ceiling corners and thick dust on the baseboards/ windowsills

Much better than staying in hotel!

We were in OC for a large event with most people staying at a nearby hotel. This apartment was so much better! My group of four was very comfortable and the unit was spacious. The bonus room with a sofa bed was a great option for my older teenager. The location at the end near the pool was optimal. Note that even though the beach is a short walk away, that area of the public beach does not have bathroom facilities. I am already planning to rent this unit again for next year!

Perfect location and great views

This condo it’s in the perfect location and has amazing views and is close to everything. It was very clean when we arrived which was super important to me. It had everything we needed to make our week relaxing and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool everyday and loved that it was open later then some of the places Ive stayed in OC MD in the past. I would give this condo a 5 star but the beds are uncomfortable and the sofa bed is on its last leg. It could use some Upgrading in the sleeping conditions. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it .

Cleanliness

The was was great, a lot of room and good for what we needed it for. However the cleanliness of the place was not the best. The floors were very dirty (turn the bottoms of your feet black). The bathroom was rough. Had some water spots on the ceiling and side of cabinet some yellow spots here and there. Other then these thing stay was very enjoyable and would return to same place if the cleanliness was a bit better.

Good spot

Upon initial arrival I noticed something was spilled on the TV and was not cleaned up. We cleaned that so we didn’t have to look at steaks coming down the screen. Also, the kitchen light did not work. Was not an issue during the day but at night it was a big inconvenience. Moreover, there was no cover over the light fixture in the kitchen and every morning, a lot of dust droppings were on the counter. Minus that the place was great. We WOULD stay here again. Just get the kitchen light fixed and cover it :).

Just what we needed

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Club unit D. We were in ocean city for our daughter’s dance competition and did not want to go the hotel route. The location of this condo was perfect because it was walkable/very short drive to the hotel where the competition was. But on top of that it was close enough to walk to the beach easily, and if you needed anything a strip mall was right there too! The Boardwalk was an easy 15 minute drive to get to. Plus you couldn’t get any closer to the community pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was clean and very well maintained and a good size. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. We had enough towels and toiletries. Bonus was the washer and dryer so we could do a couple of loads of laundry before we left. The view of the bay from the master bedroom is stunning at sunset. And the patio had a lovely view of the inlet. One downside we noticed is that the unit could use a good dusting, but yet so does my own home. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Ocean City.
