    Showcasing a playful coastal motif, this classic beach retreat features recent updates and in-home essentials for modern comfort. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of stainless appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher, for easy meal prep and cleanup. The table is set for everyone inside, or you can enjoy waterfront dining with views of the canal and bay at the table on the back deck. In the evenings, share a family movie night on the huge, wall-mounted smart TV in the living room before calling it a night.



    Each upstairs bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a private deck/balcony.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The place was dirty. The floors were dirty, there was dust and hair on surfaces, the carpet and rugs were dirty, the washer machine was mildewy and there were food splatters on walls. When i brought these issues to the hosts attention, they refused to send someone to clean properly. They stated that dusting is done during the off season deep cleaning. Not during the busy season. So if you get a rental from them be prepared to see layers of dust everywhere and overall unclean living spaces.

1. I had to empty the dishwasher from the previous renter. I had to clean out the dryer lint filter from the previous renter. I paid a lot in “host fees” and “service fees”. I think that was enough for housekeeping to prepare the unit for my arrival. 2. The “bunk bed” was ridiculously uncomfortable.The upper bunk is only 18 inches above the lower bunk, making it impossible to sit up in bed or even roll over without hitting your head on the upper bunk.3. There were no night stands next to the bed to put anything on. Every time I had to get out of bed to get anything, I hit my head on the upper bunk. 4. There was no towel rod (it was broken off) or even a hook in the hall bathroom to hang a towel on. 5. Before check-in I did not receive any message informing me of the access code. I had to call the management company for the code. Only after checking in did I receive an email with a link that led me to a site where I had to search for the access code.6. I did not understand how to get the washing machine started. I messaged the host and nobody got back to me until the next day, when they said they would send a repair person. By that time it was not necessary because I asked AI how to get it started, and AI told me what to do.
