It is a very short distance to the beach, and very close to the grocery store, multiple restaurants, and shopping centers. The interior is spread out with plenty of space for all to relax and enjoy. The home backs to the canal and has a stone paver patio and deck for relaxing in the morning with your coffee or in the afternoon when you return from the day at the beach. The patio has wicker lounge chairs for laying out and soaking up the sun and the deck has a table and chairs. Additional amenities include beach chairs for guest use, boogie boards, a beach cart and wagon to haul your items to the beach, a corn hole, a foosball table in the garage for guest enjoyment, a crab trap for crabbing off the back patio, and an abundant amount of board games and coloring books for the kids.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
