Inside, youāll have a welcoming living room with comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV with cable. Gather for meals or quick snacks with a simple dining setup, and enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for easy vacation meals, including a coffee maker.
From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. Thatās why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge ā everything you need to get settled in right away.

ā¹ Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the entire stay. Sorry, we do not rent to Senior Week or similar student groups. Parents cannot rent on behalf of children under 25.

Weāre delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean Cityās natural charm.
If something feels off ā whether itās an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue ā please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues donāt qualify for refunds, weāre always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.
After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Each property has its own set of house rules. Please review these carefully before booking, as completing your reservation confirms your agreement to follow them. Failure to comply with house rules may result in fines or removal from the property without refund.
