Highpoint South on 112th. Street is one of Ocean City most uniquely designed ocean front building. Life doesn't get much better, sit back and relax on your double wide ocean front balcony with views of the crashing waves and the circular pool below. This spacious and airy condo will make everyone happy on your summer vacation. Every bedroom and living room has TV and WIFI.

Amenities: Three AC units, two parking spaces, elevators, three TVs, cable, free WIFI, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher and washer and dryer.

A building registration fee is collected on arrival at the rental property. This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our week at this cute condo. The unit itself was perfect. Absolutely NO complaints about the unit. The building charges to park there. And the building management could take a lesson in manners. They were not pleasant at all and only take cash. Location was perfect. Close to groceries and good restaurants. We could see the fireworks from the beach. Beach was very crowded by 8:30am. I believe it’s due to the public beach access next door.
