not sure why this hotel has a low star rating room was exactly as the photos .when i couldnt find a parking spot because i have a 4 door wrangler staff allowed me to park beside the office outside the lobby and helped immediately without me asking.

The side view of the beach was good and the location on the boardwalk was also good. The staff was friendly and courteous. The ac was excellent, we had to turn it down because it was too cold. The room was clean.

Front desk staff very nice! Rooms are clean and the view of the ocean is beautiful! Rooms have everything for a few nights stay- small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker- shampoos and conditioner- hair dryer! Always a great stay with Americana! Will continue to visit!

The place in general is dated. That being said, the place was cleaned daily. The staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. My biggest complaint was about the outside hallways between buildings… we came in during a storm, while walking from my room to the elevator on the third floor, I found the floor to be slick… slipped a number of times. My favorite part of my stay was the view from our ocean front room. Definitely worth the entire stay.

Our room was clean and on the first floor which was nice. I didn't need to walk down or up many flights of stairs. This hotel is right by the boardwalk which is right between the beach and the hotel. I would totally come to this hotel again.

The view was amazing. We had beach front. The people watching from the balcony was top notch. The room was good. Didn't spend alot of time in there. Elevator was slow, but it worked as it should. The girls at the front desk were awesome.

We had an ocean front room with 2 double beds and a set of bunk beds. The room was very large. Everything was very clean. All of the staff we spoke with were very polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend to others.

We were able to check in early. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. There were large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash available. Although our room was not beach front we actually had a decent view of the beach from our balcony. Being right on the Boardwalk was awesome. They readily accomodated us when we decided to stay an extra day. The only "negative" was the table in the room wobbled. Staff were friendly and polite. I will be staying here again!
