This unit is exceptionally well maintained and shows pride of ownership. As you enter the unit, you will be in the kitchen that's complete with updated cabinetry, Corian countertops and a tile backsplash. Appliances are in great shape and ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. The living room provides a relaxing space to enjoy family time and has great views of the water from the large balcony doors. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bath with a tub/shower combo that has handrails. There are ocean views from the window. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the sleeper sofa is a queen. TV's are located in the living room and the oceanfront bedroom. The hallway bath has a shower also with hand rails. There isn't a washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry room available to guests. Free Wi-Fi included.

From the covered balcony, you'll be able to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and beach views while you unwind from your fun-filled day. * No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
