Boasting 2,600 sq. ft. of high-end finishes, this 4-bedroom retreat features 3 full and 2 half baths, a gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, and private balconies. New for 2026 - Community Pool.Enjoy modern elegance, private garage parking, and the best of beach living on 143rd street - close to dining, entertainment, and breathtaking ocean views.



The Space:

This unit only rents to families and friends over 25 years of age, minors must be accompanied by parent or guardian.

New for 2026 - The community pool - just 60 feet from your front door will be open!

Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package for the unit. The house will be staged and all you need to bring is Beach Towels.

Brand new construction off of Coastal Highway.

2 Car Garage - Not 2 oversized vehicles - they will not fit/ additional parking between units is first come first served.

The Garage can only fit a vehicle less than 80" tall.
