Checked in, marissa at the desk was very nice Dropped stuff,went to dinner We got back late,getting ready for bed,kid saw a bug.Had to get up early for comp in am,told dont worry about it,go to bed.As I looked around the room,bugs everywhere.down to desk and showed pics.offer to switch room, desk not phased 20+ pics.They know they have bugs I’m pretty confident that there are bugs in every room in that hotel with the way that they reacted to my complaint. I said previously, my daughter had a big competition the next day and I did not wanna wake her up at 12:30 to move her to another buggy room. I knew we were leaving first thing in the morning and I just sat up all night waiting for 6 AM to come. I was told the hotel is up for renovation soon & and that she couldn’t process a refund for me right there on spot. But that I should call Expedia and they could take care of a refund for me. Contact Expedia first person I messaged was appalled as well by the pics, issue escalated to diff dept got a sorry for the inconvenience hotel denied refund Hotel Mgr will not take my calls,in meetings all day. Don’t stay at this hotel, it’s disgusting & their manager is disgruntled & Expedia is
